Back To the Court
I had a doctors appointment a couple weeks ago and he basically said that there was not much more he could do from a medical standpoint besides monitor my tendon on the ultra sound. I figured it would go this way. He also advised me to go ahead and progress to on- the- court activities and try to work myself into a position where I can play at as close to 100 % as possible. That Sounded good to me, so i took some time to make sure my body was ready for on the court activities and then I started very slow on the court with a lot more movement than basketball. I have begin doing some things with the ball again and working out on the court. It is the best feeling I have had in a long time, so I wanted to share it with everybody. Occasionally I film my first couple workouts when I am returning from some time off to make sure that my movements are healthy and to see deficiencies. I decided to edit the video into a couple clips to post on here just so everyone can see a brief part of what I am doing to get back. I am far from where I want to be but just being able to workout again is great and hopefully the game will come back to me quickly with the proper work. I will continue to progress in my activities and will be sure to update on here so everyone can keep up. Thanks
Video Clip is in the link below!!!
